The TruVideo mobile app (iOS and Android) and the TruVideo desktop Dashboard were created by a dealer principal and a technologist to increase trust through open communication between technicians, advisors and their customers.
With the TruVideo app, a technician can record issues reported during a multi-point inspection and then send the video to the customer via text and email. The customer views the video, sees the issues, understands what needs to be serviced.
Using video improves the customer experience and builds trust and transparency. Video and texting allow service departments to speak directly to the customer in the most comprehensive and efficient way possible.
